Learning Coordinator Role
">- This role involves coordinating learning and development activities for the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Coordinate scheduling of training sessions and workshops.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on training set-up and needs.
- Support presenters and facilitators in preparing materials.
- Deliver reports and manage data related to course impact.
- Administer a learning management system and e-learning platforms.
- Create and maintain SharePoint sites for internal usage.
- Manage external learning opportunities and vendor relationships.
- Reconcile department and education expenses.
Requirements:
">- Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Superior organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Exceptional detail orientation with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
