We are seeking a highly skilled Leisure Centre Lifeguard to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all users of the leisure centre.

This is a customer-facing role, requiring professionalism, energy and a strong focus on health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist guests and members in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Supervise pool and leisure areas to ensure safety and adherence to facility rules.
  • Carry out regular safety checks and maintain high cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Provide accurate information about services, facilities and programs.
  • Assist with front desk duties, including handling payments and member enquiries.
Requirements:
  • Valid Pool Lifeguard Certification and First Aid qualification.
  • Fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Friendly, approachable and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
