Located in the heart of Killarney, we are seeking an experienced Barista to join our thriving cafe and bar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee-making and excellent communication skills. You will be required to work a range of shifts, including weekends, and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take drink orders from guests and serve them with a smile
  • Ensure compliance with 4 Star standards
  • Adhere to all hygiene regulations
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and remain flexible
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in a similar environment is essential
  • Barista training or qualification required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Friendly attitude and good manners
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy setting
  • Team player
  • Fluent English
