Youth Mental Health Therapist

This position involves providing short-term therapeutic supports to young people aged 12-25 who are experiencing mental health difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial mental health assessments with young people, focusing on their strengths and difficulties.
- Deliver evidence-informed brief therapeutic interventions to support the mental health of young people.
- Carry out risk assessments and implement risk management plans as required.
- Participate in clinical supervision and line management for guidance and support.
- Work in accordance with policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to the role.
- Collaborate with other professionals to support the mental health needs of young people attending the service.
The successful candidate will work as part of a transdisciplinary team based at one of our services across the country.
To be eligible for this role, candidates should have a Doctorate or equivalent qualification in Clinical/Counselling/Educational Psychology, or a related field, and be registered with the relevant professional body.
Fully Trained Therapist Required
