Hotel Porter Role Overview

The primary objective of the Hotel Porter role is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless operations within our hospitality establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests upon arrival, providing them with accurate information about facilities and services offered.
  • Operating the shuttle bus between the hotel and airport while ensuring timely transportation services for guests.
  • Addressing guest inquiries, resolving any issues professionally, and maintaining a courteous demeanor.
  • Maintaining a clean environment by performing routine cleaning tasks and adhering to strict sanitation standards.
  • Staying up-to-date on local attractions, restaurants, and activities to offer informed recommendations to guests.
  • Providing special services as requested by guests, such as arranging transportation or making dining reservations.
  • Taking proactive steps to resolve guest complaints and guarantee their satisfaction.
  • Maintaining the hotel's surroundings and ensuring they meet quality and health guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in hospitality is highly desirable.
  • A valid full clean B Driving Licence is mandatory.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • A warm, approachable, and friendly personality when interacting with colleagues and guests.
