Job Description:

The Guest Service Representative plays a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers. They offer creative solutions for unique occasions, sell our delicious cakes, and embody the core values of excellence, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

The key responsibilities include greeting customers with genuine warmth, maintaining strong product knowledge, suggesting additional merchandise, processing orders efficiently, upholding a clean bakery presentation, replenishing retail merchandise, assisting with cake decorations, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.

This role requires high energy, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be friendly, helpful, positive, patient, socially confident, and communicative.

Requirements:
  • Promptly greet walk-in and phone guests
  • Maintain strong product knowledge
  • Suggest additional merchandise
  • Process guest orders efficiently
