Business Development Opportunities

Your role as a Business Development Manager will involve engaging with business owners and C-level executives to understand their international payment needs.

  • You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities by sourcing prospects and evaluating their FX requirements.
  • You will cultivate sales channels within the designated sales region, including business networking, exhibitions, and targeted telephone outreach.
  • You will sell Corpay solutions using a consultative approach, presenting tailored solutions based on client needs and explaining the value proposition and online product portfolio.
  • You will manage client onboarding processes while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:Sales Strategy

- Identify business opportunities by sourcing prospects and evaluating their FX requirements.
- Develop sales channels within the sales region according to the regionalised strategy and target markets. This includes business networking, exhibitions, sponsorship events, and targeted telephone solicitation.
- Sell Corpay solutions using a consultative approach, understanding client needs, and presenting solutions based on those needs while fully explaining our value proposition and online product portfolio.
- Manage client onboarding processes while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

- A technologist who embraces sales automation technology and is excited about working in the fast-paced FX industry where global events and economic announcements impact daily discussions with prospects.
- Strategic-thinking with an entrepreneurial spirit – you approach sales open-mindedly and are interested in foreign exchange and finance.
- Proven Sales and analytical skills for successful business generation, along with previous outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience.
- Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision-makers and build rapport.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, effective organisational and time management skills, a professional demeanour, and strong listening skills.
- The ability to work as a team player towards a specific sales goal and attention to detail, particularly with respect to client information and payment data, plus strong mathematical skills.
