Job Title

 

A Systems Expert with a focus on Payments Transformation is required to engage with clients across the Project Lifecycle. The ideal candidate should be a subject matter expert in Payments, with 3-5 years of experience, having worked on large payments transformation projects.

 

The role involves interacting with business owners, product teams, vendors, application owners, external and internal customers to identify requirements and deliver within stipulated timelines. You will work closely with client Business/IT teams, internal development teams, and Payments product vendors.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of engagement outcomes for clients.
  • Participate actively in high-level business and project review meetings for payments system modernization/transformation.
  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with delivery and implementation teams to ensure domain inputs are provided and solutions are delivered and implemented effectively.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure requirements are clear and well understood.

 

Requirements

 

  • 3+ years of Payments experience.
  • Expertise in messaging schemas and message formats.
  • Proven experience in business analysis of payment solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead domain discussions with BFSI customers.
