About the Role: The Oncology Department at Beacon Hospital is a consultant-led service, where you will work closely with experienced medical oncologists to deliver high-quality patient care. As an Oncology Registrar, you will be responsible for providing ongoing care to patients, including admissions, investigations, and documentation of patient progress.

Your primary responsibilities will include acting under the supervision of consultants, taking handovers from previous shifts, completing morning rounds, and writing medical notes in a timely manner. You will also be expected to order investigations, such as radiology and blood tests, as required by the patient's care plan. Additionally, you will be involved in discharge planning, collaborating with nursing staff, physiotherapists, and other support services to ensure a smooth transition for patients upon discharge.
