
Homecare Services Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Manager to lead our homecare team in South Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or social care, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and managing teams effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating care services for clients across South Dublin and surrounding areas;
- Supervising and mentoring our dedicated care staff to ensure the highest standards of care;
- Conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized care plans, and overseeing care delivery;
- Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards;
- Managing care staff schedules and resources to meet client needs.
You will also be expected to:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and external partners;
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our services;
- Promote a culture of excellence and quality within the team.
To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:
- A degree in Nursing, Social Care, Healthcare Management, or a related field;
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior care management position;
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills;
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in the sector;
- A full driving license is essential.
