Senior Care Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Manager to lead our homecare team in South Dublin.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or social care, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and managing teams effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating care services for clients across South Dublin and surrounding areas;
  • Supervising and mentoring our dedicated care staff to ensure the highest standards of care;
  • Conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized care plans, and overseeing care delivery;
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards;
  • Managing care staff schedules and resources to meet client needs.

You will also be expected to:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and external partners;
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our services;
  • Promote a culture of excellence and quality within the team.

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • A degree in Nursing, Social Care, Healthcare Management, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior care management position;
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills;
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in the sector;
  • A full driving license is essential.
