Job Title

This role will involve working closely with the HR team to develop and implement benefits plans, as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the administration and program management of all benefits and retirement programs, including vacation, holiday, time off, leave of absence, retirement plans, disability, group health coverage, vendor management, wellness and health education initiatives, life assurance, and more
  • Support Tier 2 benefit inquiries and escalations
  • HRIS Administration in support of compensation & benefits programs
  • Assist with compensation benchmarking in EMEA and APAC
  • Support local people leaders and HRBPs on offer approvals
Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience working with compensation & benefits programs and analysis, previous experience in an HR function is preferred
  • Good knowledge in benefit legislation for Ireland and the UK (essential). Benefits knowledge for other European countries (France and Germany) a bonus.
  • Knowledge of various HRIS systems is a plus with a strong preference for Workday
  • Data analysis skills as you will be required to understand and effectively use data and metrics to dictate processes/workflows, in addition to identifying trends.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (formerly known as G Suite), Excel and other data tools is important.
  • You enjoy building things and continually strive to do things better than the status quo. You are intellectually curious.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, developing the ability to influence and solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You are able to work within a team setting and develop strong rapport among members.
  • Full authorisation to work in Ireland without any limitations or restrictions
