Employee Benefits Coordinator
Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Employee Benefits Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a key part in managing and administering employee benefits programs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and administer all employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more
- Support employees with benefit-related inquiries and escalations
- Administer HRIS systems in support of compensation & benefits programs
- Assist with compensation benchmarking and data analysis
- Work closely with local people leaders and HRBPs on offer approvals
The ideal candidate will have experience working with employee benefits programs and analysis, knowledge of relevant legislation, and proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and other data tools.
As an Employee Benefits Coordinator, you'll be responsible for building and documenting workflows and procedures for our benefits programs. You'll also develop and manage benefits communication calendars, create educational campaigns, events, and Health Fairs (virtual or in-person).
You'll own database management for employee benefits, ensuring accurate data entry, integrity, and validation. Additionally, you'll project and program assist all specialty benefit programs, execute Workday updates and reporting, and support benefit inquiries from employees and vendors.
