Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for administering payroll processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to employees and stakeholders.

  • Process bi-monthly and monthly payrolls across multiple locations, adhering to strict deadlines and guidelines.
  • Compile detailed reports and summaries for management, highlighting key trends and insights.
  • Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Proficiency in UKG/Immedis or similar payroll software is an advantage.

Key Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in payroll administration, coupled with a deep understanding of accounting principles, payroll regulations, and taxation laws. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Achieving this role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as part of a dynamic team. Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting is beneficial but not essential.
