Total Rewards Manager Position

Join us as we seek an experienced Total Rewards Manager to oversee the administration and optimization of global compensation, benefits, and reward programs. This role is a critical part of ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant reward practices across international markets.

This position plays a key role in ensuring that our company's total rewards strategy aligns with our organizational objectives and supports the attraction, retention, and motivation of top talent globally.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administration and optimization of global compensation, benefits, and reward programs, excluding North America. They will work closely with HR, finance, and functional BU leaders to implement and manage programs that support the company's strategic objectives.

  • Develop and implement global compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including supplemental insurance, pension plans, leave of absence programs, and paid time off.
  • Create and maintain international compensation tools, guidelines, and documentation.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and lead renewals or RFPs in partnership with the global broker of benefits.
  • Partner with local consultants/broker specialists to ensure alignment with market best practices and employee expectations.
  • Drive benefits harmonization efforts during M&A and organizational changes where applicable.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's or professional certification (e.g., GRP, CCP) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in total rewards or HR operations, with at least 3 years focused on non-U.S. or global responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to operate across time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Knowledge of international labor laws and compensation/benefits regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working across functional and geographic boundaries.
