Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our Front Office Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something from the very beginning; helping to shape the guest experience, tone, and atmosphere of one of Dublin's most anticipated new hotels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing a warm welcome to all guests from the moment they arrive.
  • Managing check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently.
  • Handling guest enquiries, bookings, and requests in person, by phone, and by email.
  • Liaising with all hotel departments to ensure smooth and seamless service.
  • Maintaining the reception area to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records in line with hotel procedures.
  • Supporting the Front Office Manager in day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for guests during their stay, ensuring a memorable and positive experience.
  • Upholding health, safety, and security procedures at all times.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front office role, ideally in a hotel environment.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A calm, professional manner with the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Proficiency in hotel booking systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
