We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our Front Office Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something from the very beginning; helping to shape the guest experience, tone, and atmosphere of one of Dublin's most anticipated new hotels.
Key Responsibilities- Providing a warm welcome to all guests from the moment they arrive.
- Managing check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently.
- Handling guest enquiries, bookings, and requests in person, by phone, and by email.
- Liaising with all hotel departments to ensure smooth and seamless service.
- Maintaining the reception area to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records in line with hotel procedures.
- Supporting the Front Office Manager in day-to-day administrative duties.
- Acting as a key point of contact for guests during their stay, ensuring a memorable and positive experience.
- Upholding health, safety, and security procedures at all times.
- Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front office role, ideally in a hotel environment.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A calm, professional manner with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Proficiency in hotel booking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
