HR Executive & Executive Assistant

About the Role
  • This role requires a candidate with strong professional services background.

As HR Executive & Executive Assistant you will be responsible for one-on-one executive assistant support, diary management, arranging meetings, conference bookings etc, travel plans, expenses, preparing monthly management meeting reports, circulating minutes and managing external/internal events.

You will need to have previous EA experience working to management or Board level with high level of confidentiality while building relationships with wider leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations and maintain order in the office environment.
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboard new employees.
  • Maintain and update internal databases regarding annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave etc.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Managing Director to develop and implement company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff members.
Requirements
  • 5 years' proven work experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with team directors and staff members.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Proactive approach to work and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organisational and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
