Office Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a seamless work environment and maintaining company standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and Greeting
- Access Card Management
- Booking Meetings and Conference Rooms
- Tracking Deliveries and Packages
- Maintaining a Clean and Tidy Reception Area
- Courier Management
- Managing Building Service-Related Calls
- Providing Administrative Support
Facilities Responsibilities:
- Communicating with Building Engineers
- Maintaining Company Standards
- Maintaining a Clean and Neat Office Space
- Responding to Employee Needs
- Reviewing Conference Room Set-Ups
- Coordinating New Hire Logistics
- Managing Office Supplies and Kitchen Areas
- Reviewing CSRE Quotes and Invoices
- Assisting with Company Events
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience as an Office Coordinator or Receptionist
- Energetic and professional service-oriented approach
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office experience
- Strong ownership of work
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Personal integrity; trustworthy, honest and reliable
