
Office Operations Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the heart of Dublin.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for all incoming queries.
- Coordinating front office activities, including meeting and greeting internal and external visitors.
- Contributing to the planning and execution of engaging events that foster a vibrant workplace culture.
- Managing maintenance and repair tasks, including liaising with contractors and stakeholders.
- Monitoring and maintaining Health and Safety standards and procedures.
- Managing the courier system, including arranging vendors and post.
- Performing administrative tasks, such as ordering stationery and supplies.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Experience gained in a busy office environment.
- Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple calls.
- A self-starter with excellent initiative.
- An exceptional level of professionalism.
