Job Title:

Co-ordinator of Office Operations

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and coordination of daily office procedures.
  • Coordinate access, security and other services.
  • Manage relationships with vendors for supplies and equipment.
Facilities Management:
  • Inspect the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  • Conduct daily checks to identify and resolve issues.
  • Arrange maintenance schedules for a well-functioning building.
Health & Safety Compliance:
  • Act as Codec Health & Safety officer.
  • Organize fire drills and emergency procedures.
  • Maintain records of inspections, certifications and safety-related training.
Administrative Support:
  • Assist in organizing company events.
  • Support senior leadership and assist with occasional personal items.
Requirements:
  • Experience in facilities management supporting executive level teams.
  • Ability to build trust and work effectively with senior management.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and exercise judgement.
