Event Services Director

Delivering exceptional hospitality is a top priority for our events team. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Conference and Banqueting Manager to lead the delivery of first-class service at Aviva Stadium.
Our ideal candidate has a strong background in conference catering and F&B service delivery, with experience working with premium clientele in high-end venues such as stadiums, hotels, or large event spaces.
Responsibilities- Manage event planning and coordination to ensure seamless execution of services.
- Lead a team of hospitality staff, including supervisors, servers, and casuals, to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to align menus with guest expectations and dietary needs.
- Oversee inventory control, stock rotation, and waste management to minimize costs.
- Develop and implement SOPs as required for business operations.
- Drive a culture of service excellence, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.
- Manage guest feedback and respond promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with clients, vendors, and partners to build strong relationships and ensure service continuity.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing diverse teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Financially astute, with knowledge of budgets and cost control.
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative.
- This is a hands-on operational role, which includes setup and execution of service at events.
- The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
