Human Resource Expertise Partner

The Human Resource Expertise Partner plays a pivotal role in delivering professional and reliable HR services to managers and employees across various stages of the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters; providing expert HR guidance to Line Managers and employees; responding to internal and external HR inquiries or requests; supporting employee relations and internal communications initiatives; and aligning and implementing policies and procedures across the organisation.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Hold a third-level qualification in Human Resource Management, Business, or Law
  • Minimum three years' experience in an HR Generalist or HR Expertise Partner role within the past five years
  • Strong understanding of current and imminent employment legislation
