
Strategic HR Business Partner

The Strategic HR Business Partner is a key role within the Human Resources function. This professional partners with Site Leadership to understand business needs and translate them into the HR agenda on site.
Main ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Collaborate with People Managers & Leaders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source active candidates to fill specialized positions in various functional areas.
- Drive the recruitment process from opening to close.
- Participate in interviews, offering insights and recommendations for candidate selection.
Employee Relations
- Serve as primary point of contact for employees and people managers/leaders to address HR-related inquiries and resolve issues.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations when necessary.
- Promote a positive work environment and culture, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Performance Management
- Guide and support people managers/leaders in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and retain top talent.
Training and Development
- Work with Regional HR Manager & L&D Manager to identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
- Support employee development through coaching, mentoring, and career planning.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Compensation And Benefits
- Support annual merit review process.
- Advise management on policy interpretation and job evaluation.
Compliance
- Stay updated on employment law changes and HR best practices.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures for compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in the pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry.
- Experience in HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make data-driven decisions.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
