HR Business Partner

This role requires a professional and approachable HR Business Partner who can support the team's expertise in all facets of HR operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, grievance and disciplinary issues.
  • Provide strategic HR advice to Line Managers and employees throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Respond to internal and external HR enquiries and provide assistance.
  • Support employee relations and internal communications activities.
  • Align and implement policies and procedures across the organisation.
  • Manage the HR Information System and extract and analyse data as required.
  • Undertake projects relating to HR disciplines as assigned by the Group Director of Human Resources.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to support talent acquisition plans nationwide.
Requirements:
  • A third-level qualification in a relevant area such as Human Resource Management or Business.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role within the past 5 years.
  • A strong understanding of Irish Employment Law.
  • Experience in management and maintenance of Human Resource Information Systems.
