Videogame QA Lead

The role of Videogame QA Lead encompasses collaborating with developers and project managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects. As a key player in our quality assurance processes, you will be responsible for managing the QA team and fostering a culture of excellence in testing practices.

Key responsibilities include ensuring thorough testing coverage for all aspects of the game, from functionality to performance. You will also understand project goals, scope, and deliverables, actively participating in the development process to embed quality assurance from the ground up. Furthermore, you will bridge the gap between QA and development teams, ensuring seamless information exchange and issue resolution.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA testing leadership position.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing QA processes for complex projects.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the QA team.
  • In-depth understanding of the QA process and familiarity with testing tools and methodologies.
