We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our Klaviyo Sales organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through various channels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing individual contributors and experience working with complex accounts. They will be responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and supporting Account Executives to achieve specific new business goals.

This role reports into the Director of Sales and requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a wide range of individuals. The successful candidate will also have a passion for training and development, as well as fluency in French and English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to increase our client base through inbound, outbound, and partner channels.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and support Account Executives to achieve specific new business goals.
  • Manage the accuracy of the forecast and drive outbound efforts in generating and closing new business.
  • Enforce weekly scorecard reviews to identify gaps in performance and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement a scalable curriculum for improvement and advancement.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience managing Account Executives within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Fluency in French and English (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Comfortable with change and a fast-paced work environment.
