Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with residents and suppliers.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous safety protocols and sanitation practices in the kitchen.
  • Develop and implement creative menu plans and recipes to meet the varied needs of our residents.
  • Coordinate and manage the work schedules of kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality meals in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, placing orders as needed.
