We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Customer Retention Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis at our head office.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a sales environment, where you will be responsible for helping customers reduce their energy costs and improving our products and services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working within a sales role.
You will be expected to manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to maintain performance and customer churn, while also building friendly customer relationships to minimise churn.
Additionally, you will support with mentoring and coaching for our junior sales team and perform ad hoc phone-based activities as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help customers reduce their energy costs and improve our products and services
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to maintain performance and customer churn
- Build friendly customer relationships to minimise churn
- Support with mentoring and coaching for our junior sales team

Skills and Knowledge:
