Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our energy management initiatives. As an Energy Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainability and reducing carbon footprint across our portfolio of commercial properties.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy auditing, with expertise in conducting thorough assessments to identify opportunities for improvement. They will also possess excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement energy-efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive energy audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement energy-efficient strategies to reduce consumption and costs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement sustainable building practices
  • Monitor and report on energy performance metrics to inform decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services) or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in energy auditing and management
  • Strong knowledge of energy-efficient technologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
