Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in the data centre industry as an Estimating Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tender documentation, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring that all parties have access to required documents.

  • Manage tender documentation to ensure timely delivery to stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with the Estimating & Proposals Lead to maintain a comprehensive tender list;
  • Assist estimators with issuing tender packs to subcontractors and vendors;
  • Maintain a sub-contractor and vendor database.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a document control role or a similar pre-construction estimating position;
  • Knowledge of knowledge sharing applications is advantageous (e.g., Viewpoint, BIM360);
  • High level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills;
  • High level of verbal and written English communication.
