Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock control, and minimizing waste.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise staff, including bartenders and servers.
  • Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage while optimizing labor costs.
  • Foster a positive work environment, addressing staff concerns, and promoting teamwork.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, address customer feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor dining and bar areas to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
