Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to take on a senior leadership role and showcase your expertise in machine learning and AI. As a team lead, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements, scale operations in fast-paced environments, and manage global or multi-tiered organizations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading day-to-day operations to ensure organizational delivery of quality results.
  • Assisting in the development of tools and reports to analyze and run the business.
  • Helping resolve staffing requirements and participating in interviewing and hiring processes.
  • Effectively leading team performance by developing managers through one-on-one meetings, team discussions, mentor sessions, and setting expectations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a consistent track record in people management, leading teams passionate about consumer-facing applications, content or service. You should also have experience defining and analyzing KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for innovation and improvement.
