Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting technical systems, including SCCM infrastructure, endpoint devices, and network environments.



Key Responsibilities:
  • OS Updates, Application Updates and Vulnerability management is the main focus for this role.
  • Design, deploy, and maintain SCCM infrastructure components, including site servers, distribution points, and management points.
  • Create, maintain and develop Windows images for deployment.
  • Ensure the scalability and high availability of SCCM infrastructure.
  • Deploy and manage operating system images, software updates, and applications to endpoints.


Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree or relevant certifications or experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as an SCCM Engineer (System Center Configuration Manager) and MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager).
  • 3+ years' experience with Active Directory and group policy management.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting.
