We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior executives.
About the Role- Manage and optimise Directors' diaries in line with business priorities, ensuring seamless coordination of high-level meetings and events.
- Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations that meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for directors, utilising exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
As an Executive Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Requirements- Proven administration experience, preferably in a fast-paced setting, with a strong emphasis on discretion and confidentiality.
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Benefits- Salary: €36,500 rising to €49,500 after 3 years.
