HR Generalist Role

A leading international law firm in Dublin is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join their team on a 10-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad HR experience in a dynamic and professional services environment, supporting a wide range of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Coordinate performance review administration
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation
  • Organise employee health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Deliver general HR administrative support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 years previous experience in a HR administrative or generalist role (ideally in legal or professional services)
  • Good knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • CIPD qualification (desirable)

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: €40,000-€48,000
