Support Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients across various systems, applications, and networks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Offer technical support for clients in diverse business environments.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to cloud services, Microsoft products, and general IT infrastructure.
  • Manage complex support tickets and resolve escalated issues.
  • Conduct on-site visits for troubleshooting, installations, upgrades, and support.
  • Document solutions, maintain internal records, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
Key Requirements:
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in an IT support role, ideally combining L2 and L3 responsibilities.
  • Previous experience working in a managed service provider (MSP) environment.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and best practices, firewalls, and endpoint protection tools.
  • Comfortable working with servers, both on-premises and hosted, and knowledgeable about server roles in a small to medium-sized business (SMB) environment.
  • Experience using remote access tools for troubleshooting and support.
  • Excellent communication skills – calm, tactful, and confident in dealing with clients at all levels.
Nice to Have:
  • Certifications such as AZ-104, MS-900, or CompTIA Network+.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud-hosted applications, and Windows-based environments.
  • Exposure to diverse client needs in SME environments.
