Overview of the Role:

The Lead Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless hotel operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily hotel activities, guaranteeing compliance with established standards and protocols.
  2. Develop and maintain effective working relationships between departments, promoting open communication and teamwork.
  3. Coordinate night-time services, including security, cleaning, and reception duties, to ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  4. Support other hotel areas as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, management, and guests.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Fluency in English and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
