Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail leader to drive the success of our Dublin stores.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven individual with a strong background in retail management to take on a key role within our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a district team, overseeing all Store Managers
  • Foster a positive and high-performing team environment
  • Coach, support, and develop Store Managers to drive success
  • Monitor and optimize stock flow and cash management
  • Conduct regular district tours with the Sales Executive
  • Provide analysis and feedback to support key projects
  • Manage store openings, refurbishments, and re-openings
  • Develop and execute annual business plans and staffing strategies
  • Define and track KPIs to ensure operational excellence
  • Align district performance with company strategy
  • Prepare for and actively contribute to Area Manager meetings
Requirements:
  • A minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline or at least 3 years of management experience
  • Strong communication, planning, organizational, and analytical skills
  • A motivated, flexible, and results-driven leader
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
  • A genuine interest in building a long-term career in retail
