Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Fleet Development Engineer to join our team in Dublin or Madrid. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Europe's largest airline group as we expand our operation to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next decade.

The Role
  • Support the fleet development manager with MAX-10 configuration selection and Pre Into Service
  • Liaise with Boeing Delivery Centre on the delivery and acceptance of the Boeing 737-8200 aircraft
  • Support the fleet development manager with aircraft transitions – sales, lease returns and delivery of new aircraft
  • Engage with aircraft lessors and resolve queries in a satisfactory and timely manner
  • Ensure timely delivery on all contractual requirements of aircraft lease/sale agreements
  • Engage with various aviation authorities on the registration/transition of aircraft
Key Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with experience writing or reviewing technical instructions
  • Computer literate with strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Lateral thinker who can identify areas of potential improvement and provide solutions
  • Strong attention to detail in multi-tasking situations and the ability to deliver results to tight timelines
  • Flexibility to travel
