Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Catering Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our catering services. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role:

  • This role requires a supervisory level position that involves overseeing the work of catering staff in the kitchen, dining areas, and other service points.
  • The successful candidate will manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance, including training and development to foster a positive work environment.
  • In addition, they will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all catering services, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise catering staff to ensure high-quality patient meals and excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain efficient food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to meet healthcare standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Healthcare, Hospitality, or Contract Catering in a supervisory role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including daytime hours with occasional weekend work.
