Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager to support our Enterprise Security Risk Management team.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts in a regional crisis management and intelligence center.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality and accuracy of all issued communications and products drafted by the Analyst team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and contribute to all processes that Analysts are responsible for.
  • Ensure quality control of all issued communications and products drafted by the Analyst team.
  • Manage operations, scheduling, and evaluate CMIC performance.
  • Collaborate with other CMIC managers and report to the Global CMIC manager.
  • Work closely with US Office management teams, facilities, and property management to ensure effective operations.
  • Supervise Analysts who monitor real-time data and news to provide actionable intelligence, research and develop assessments on emerging threats, support emergency responses, conduct intelligence assessments for regional events, monitor CCTV and access control systems, and provide credentialing support.
Requirements
  • Strong background in OSINT research and management.
  • Solid academic background.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools.
