Lead Kitchen Team Member

As a pivotal member of the culinary team, you will support the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and service. This is a dynamic role where you will assist with daily service and preparation, organize and run the kitchen smoothly, manage and train junior chefs, and ensure highest levels of food quality and consistency.

  • Assist with daily service and preparation of dishes to the highest standards.
  • Organize and run the kitchen efficiently, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage and train junior chefs to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure the highest levels of food quality and consistency across all dishes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on food quality and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sous Chef who can lead our kitchen team to success.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef essential.
  • Excellent Communication, Organisation and Time Management Skills.
  • Flexible, positive attitude and ability to be part of a team.
