Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy and Operations Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Strategy & Ops team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through strategic planning, process optimization, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and procedures
• Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales strategy and operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data sets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
