Senior Power Platform Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Power Platform Consultant to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of client projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps & Power Automate) or other languages and development tools such as Python and SQL.

The role is responsible for ensuring quality, execution, and delivery across all technical aspects of projects. This involves leading the software development team and collaborating with other team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop technical solutions against identified requirements.
  • Assist in the planning, design, and pricing of potential projects to ensure technical resource requirements are accurately reflected and costed.
  • Liaise with Business Analysts and Clients in the planning and review of the delivery of complex business solutions.
  • Proactively develop, lead, and mentor the technical development team to include scheduling and monitoring of work and tasks against project deliverables.
  • Ensure delegation of work to ensure that all development resources are fully utilised, and time is managed efficiently.
  • Take ownership of project deliverables and be responsible for the standard and quality of the team's technical outputs, against delivery timeframes.
  • Work closely with all members of the Project Team to ensure successful and efficient delivery of projects against stated deadlines.

Requirements:

  • IT Degree and relevant industry certifications.
  • Minimum 3-5 years technical proficiency in software development using Microsoft Power Platform or other languages and development tools.
  • Experience of working in an Azure environment and DevOps.
  • Experience with data modelling, connectors, and integrating Power Platform with other systems.
  • Experience of Microsoft 365 and Dynamics.
