We are seeking motivated and experienced Working Foremen to join our team. The successful candidates will work across various projects.

Our company is a diverse and experienced contractor based in Co. Cork. We have successfully completed projects of varying scale and complexity throughout the country, providing construction solutions and supplying clients with the highest quality of service.

The Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all civils work activities onsite ensuring compliance with the regulations and specifications of the project. They will work closely with the site personnel to deliver projects to the highest possible standard.

Responsibilities
  • Health and Safety: Ensure all requirements are adhered to and safety protocols on site are of the highest possible standard
  • Supervise and coordinate civils trades on-site
  • Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Ordering of materials – stone and concrete, drainage etc
  • Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that arise
Key Skills & Experience
  • CSCS card holder
  • Valid Safe Pass
  • Experience in groundworks and drainage, working on live roads, traffic management, footpaths, concrete and kerbing
  • Ability to read interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Enthusiastic, committed self-starter with proactive approach to problem solving
  • IT Literate
  • Site Organisation Skills
