Job Title: HR Officer

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to fill this position in Dublin West. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries, providing prompt and effective support.
  • The successful candidate will be involved in recruitment activities, including posting job adverts, liaising with candidates and line managers, and participating on interview panels.
  • Responsibilities also include managing the onboarding process of new starters, including issuing contracts of employment, and maintaining accurate staff files.
  • Reporting data related to recruitment, finances, and other matters will be a key aspect of this role.
  • Liaising with the Finance Team regarding payroll is essential.
  • The selected candidate will assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Providing HR reports and documentation, ensuring the HRIS system is up-to-date and accurate, is a critical component of this position.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as an HR Officer is required.
  • An HR qualification is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate should possess general knowledge of best practices in HR.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • A strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards are crucial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
