Human Resources Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Recruitment: Attracting and selecting top talent to support business growth and development.
  • Employee Engagement: Fostering a positive working environment, promoting employee well-being, and encouraging open communication.
  • Industrial Relations: Managing industrial relations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Learning and Development: Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in HR administration or generalist functions.
  • Good understanding of employment legislation and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • IT acumen, including HR databases and MS Office applications.
  • HR qualification (CIPD, etc.).
