Business Development Executive
About the Role:
Acquire new restaurant partners, manage pipelines and drive growth across key territories. This is a commercial role that requires you to be target-driven and able to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maximise existing restaurants by building significant and mutually beneficial relationships with them.
• Educate Restaurant Partners to deliver the best possible customer service and experience to consumers.
• Play an integral role in the onboarding process of all new signings. Ensure they are visited within 14 days of going online and optimised for success.
• Prioritise order growth via activated restaurants as a measure of success and mentor Restaurant Partners on achieving this in their business.
• Use internal platforms to identify opportunities for Restaurant Partner growth and personal efficiencies.
• Leverage data and internal tools to identify growth opportunities and develop effective strategies.
Requirements:
• 2-5 years experience in B2B sales or account management.
• Desire to take ownership of ambitious targets.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Passion for learning and self-improvement.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Exceptional work ethic and desire to make a difference.
• Full clean Irish driving licence. Company car and fuel card provided.
