Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering sales and performance targets within a defined territory.

  • Delivering and exceeding sales targets for rental, service, and direct sales
  • Driving sales within the product range through growth (new business) and retention (expanding existing customers) within a defined territory
  • Executing the sales growth plan within a defined territory ensuring alignment to wider business objectives

You will work closely with our Sales Manager, Head of Sales, and Business Development Team to deliver the growth plan.

Requirements
  • The ability to handle a range of priorities
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office tools
  • A proven track record of providing strong customer service
  • SME sales experience
  • Self-generated business development experience
  • Experience of working well independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in selling a recurring rental product model
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated skills in utilizing a CRM effectively
