
Commercial Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive commercial growth and foster strategic relationships with existing restaurants. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for unlocking the full potential of our partners, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Your key objectives will include:
- Prioritizing order growth through activated restaurants, which serves as the benchmark for success
- Mentoring restaurant partners on essential strategies to achieve this goal
- Leveraging internal platforms (Salesforce, Restaurant Manager) to identify opportunities for partner growth and optimize personal efficiencies
You will also play an integral role in the onboarding process, visiting new signings within 14 days of going live and ensuring they are optimized for success.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management
- A strong desire to take ownership of ambitious targets
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- A passion for learning and self-improvement
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- An exceptional work ethic and commitment to making a positive impact
- A valid driver's license, with a company car and fuel card provided
