Job Overview:

The role of a Quality Assurance Associate is pivotal in the Monitoring and Testing team. This individual ensures timely management of the firm's global monitoring program across multiple lines of business.

  • Perform quality assurance tests to ensure compliance with testing standards, questioning data reliability.
  • Develop annual testing plans, identify gaps, and report findings.
  • Assess emerging risks, document issues, and communicate them to leadership.

This role involves partnering with risk and compliance managers to drive projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience in financial services, preferably in Monitoring and Testing or Compliance.
  • Understanding of internal control concepts, analytical skills, and ability to evaluate controls by considering business risks.
  • Strong relationship building, excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to perform end-to-end reviews, think through various risks, understand regulation applicability.

Preferred qualifications include industry certifications and proficiency in European languages.
